Oklahoma Rear-Plate Requirements
Oklahoma is a rear-plate-only state. Standard passenger vehicles are required to display only one license plate, mounted on the rear of the vehicle. A front plate is not required for most passenger vehicles. Replacement requests cover the single rear plate that Oklahoma issues for standard registrations.
